20 years of experience in the sectors of Sustainability, Energy and Climate Change, with international experience including professional duties in 30 countries in 4 continents. Ivan has participated in +300 emission reductions projects in different capacities including auditing (validation/verification), certification (as part of a standard scheme), and as consultant, for the following sectors: Renewable Energy (Biofuels, Biogas, Biomass, Geothermal, Hydro, PV, Wind), Energy Efficiency (End-use Domestic, Industrial), Waste Management (Landfills, Composting) and Land Use and Forestry activities (Agroforestry, Afforestation-Reforestation).
Ivan integrates field experience, vast background in climate change, and a strong analytical perspective to enhance the consultancy services.

Paola Muriel
Project Manager and climate change consultant with a Master’s degree in Carbon Finance from the University of Edinburgh, with over seven years of experience in carbon markets and the environmental field, and over 8 years of experience in the procurement area. Paola specializes in carbon pricing, advising on regulated and voluntary carbon markets. She provides guidance for carbon projects on the certification process under voluntary standards such as Gold Standard and Verra. Other standards expertise includes RSB.
Previous experience includes serving as a PMR Mexico consultant to the World Bank to support SEMARNAT (Mexico’s Ministry of Environment) in the development and implementation of the Mexican Emissions Trading System Test Program, Internal Audit Leader for atmospheric emissions and supply chain, independent Climate Change consultant, and Procurement Manager.
Paola is based in Madrid, Spain.

Omar Pérez Silvan
With over five years of experience in the environmental field and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Omar specializes in supporting voluntary carbon projects throughout the certification process, from early-stage design and documentation to validation and verification. He has worked with a variety of standards—such as the Gold Standard, Verra and RSB—across diverse sectors and scopes.
His expertise includes the successful management of environmental emergencies in Mexico, achieving effective remediation outcomes and securing approvals from key environmental regulatory authorities such as SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, and ASEA. He has also served as EHS Coordinator in the logistics sector, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
In parallel, as a Notion Creator, he designs custom digital systems that enhance project tracking, team collaboration, and operational efficiency for environmental consultancies and independent professionals.
Omar is based in Xalapa, Mexico.

Wendoline Mar
She is an environmental engineer with a master’s degree in biotechnology. She has previous experience working in environmental laboratories, where she focused on monitoring and reporting physical and chemical hazards.
As a consultant at SAJOMA, she has contributed to the development of key project documents, including feasibility studies, project descriptions, and emission reduction calculations. She has also supported audit processes for a diverse range of projects, applying various methodologies and standards—most notably Gold Standard, Verra and RSB.
Her professional background is primarily centered on projects involving improved cookstoves, anaerobic digesters, material recycling, and power generation systems.
In addition, Wendoline has participated in audit evaluations under the RSB (Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials) standard and has contributed to the development of a methodology for food bank initiatives.
Wendy is based in Monterrey, Mexico.
